The ODI batting rankings continue to be led by Babar Azam.

Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan, continues to lead the batting rankings in one-day internationals with 891 ranking points after scoring half-centuries in the current series against New Zealand.

Following his 45th century in the format in the opening match against Sri Lanka, India's Virat Kohli has climbed two spots to go up to sixth in the ICC men's ODI batting rankings. With 113 runs, Kohli surpassed Steven Smith and Jonny Bairstow in the rankings. Rohit Sharma, the captain of India, rose to ninth place after scoring 83 off 67 in the same match.

Usman Khawaja moved up four positions to reenter the top 10. He moved up to seventh place in the rankings after scoring an unbeaten 195 against South Africa in the drawn Sydney Test. In the current Test batting rankings, he is one of four Australians in the top 10, with Marnus Labuschagne at the top, Steve Smith at No. 2, and Travis Head at No. 4.

After missing the third Test due to a side strain, Josh Hazlewood was able to play again and picked up five wickets to jump up to No. 10 among bowlers. Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, and Mitchell Starc, Australia's top pace three, are now all ranked in the top 10 in the Test rankings.

Wanindu Hasaranga was overtaken at the top of the T20I bowlers rankings by Afghanistan's Rashid Khan after the Sri Lankan star struggled in the three-match series in India. In the series, Hasaranga grabbed three wickets while allowing 99 runs at a strike rate of 9.00 per over. Rashid, meanwhile, hasn't participated in a T20I since the World Cup in Australia in November, which is more than two months ago.
